What is the Custom Tracker?

You add the items. We track them. We alert you when stock is available.

Say there is an item at Amazon you want, but it is not in stock at the moment. Well this is when our Custom Tracker comes into play.

Register for our FREE in stock alert service and we will monitor Amazon, or any of the other retailers listed below. As soon as we see stock available for purchase, we will send you an in stock notification. You can receive your in stock alerts via email and/or TXT message, the choice is yours.

The service doesn't stop there either, we also have pre-order alerts as well. Just like in stock alerts, we can also monitor for pre-orders and alert you via email as soon as pre-ordering becomes a purchase option.

How Do I Begin Tracking an Item?

After performing one of the above functions, then follow these simple instructions:

  1. Login to your account
  2. You will see a new section on the “My Items” screen that says “My Custom Items”. This is where your custom items will show and where you can adjust the alert delivery options.
  3. Click “Add Items” at the top and there will be a new pane on this screen to “Add Custom Items”.
  4. Enter one product page URL per line in the box. These URL's must be from Amazon at the time of this writing.
  5. After adding the URL's and clicking the Review button, you will see a screen to validate and Add each item.
  6. Click Add next to each item after making sure the items are correct.
  7. Head to the “My Items” page and set your alert delivery options for each item. By default, in stock email alerts is already selected.
  8. Go on with your life; when we see stock available, we will notify you.

A Few Notes on Custom Tracking:

  • Desktop Alerts are not available for these custom items.
  • We will add more stores dependent on usage of the system and requests. Not all stores will be able to be added.
  • Pre-order alerts are only available through Amazon at this time.
